This application has been filed to Order the respondent to be detained in civil prison for a period of 3 months for having disobeyed the Orders of this Court dated 27.04.2023 made in A.No.1143 of 2023.

2. Though this application has been filed punish the respondent for violating the Orders of this court, this Court had interacted with the child and father has also interacted with the child, this Court is of the view that the application need not be processed at this stage.
