This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.366 of 2020 dated 31.12.2020 on the file of the first respondentPolice.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that FIR in Crime No.366 of 2020 has already been culminated into final report, which was taken on file by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB CB-CID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai in C.C.No.1023 of 2024 and the said Calendar Case has also been quashed by this Court vide order dated 03.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16024 of 2024.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
