The above miscellaneous petition has been filed to grant interim stay of operation of the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Ref.No.Na.Ka.1562/2013/A1 dated 04.10.2021 and as confirmed by the first respondent in his impugned proceedings in Ref.No. No.Mu.22978/2021/J1 dated 27.08.2022 and all further proceedings in pursuance thereof, pending disposal of the above writ petition.

2. A perusal of the materials reveals that the petitioner has not made out a Prima facie for grant of interim stay. Accordingly this interim stay petition is dismissed.
