The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m for a further period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.17167 of 2024, dated 23.07.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for two months and the investigation is still pending.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail and the investigation is still pending, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police monthly once i.e on first date of every calendar month for a period of three months.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
