The petitioner herein seeks direction under Section 482 Cr.P.C to the Inspector of Police, Voimedu Police Station, Vedaranyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District to register a criminal case based on his complaint dated 07.04.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Palanivelu is an elderly man aged about 75 years. He is looking after the property of his son, who is residing at a distance. Anbarasan and Veerapandian have unlawfully cut the fence and beaten him. He took treatment in Government Hospital, Vedharanyam and the wound certificate also has also been produced.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint has been enquired into. Both the parties have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

compromised. The matter involves measuring of the land and both have agreed to solve the matter in an amicable manner. The petitioner has also signed in the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced the xerox copy of the compromise petition signed by the petitioner herein.

4. Recording the above submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
