This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 253 days in filing the application to restore the writ petition, which was dismissed for default on 01.03.2021.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this CMP No.29887 of 2021 is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to number the petition filed to restore the writ petition, which was dismissed for default, if it is otherwise in order and post the writ petition on 04.07.2022.
