Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence and conviction imposed on the petitioner in Special S.C.No.11 of 2019 passed by the Learned Fast Track Mahila Court Judge, Tirupur vide its impugned order dated 11.11.2021 and enlarge the petitioner on Bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.723 of 2021.
