These two petitions have been filed by the petitioners to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased a) sole appellant in S.A. No.639 of 2013 as appellants 2 to 4 and b) sole respondent in S.A. No.1265 of 2007 as respondents 2 to 4 in respective Second Appeals.

2. Notice has also been served on the learned counsel for the appellant in S.A. No.1265 of 2007, who is the learned counsel for the respondent in S.A. No.639 of 2013.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners in above two CMPs.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant in S.A. No.1265 of 2007 / respondent in S.A. No.639 of 2013 has no objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the main Second Appeal for hearing on 17.12.2019. 22.11.2019 vsi2 2/3
