ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Pursuant to the mediation talks held between the parties on

12.08.2025 before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai, the petitioner and the third respondent have amicably resolved their matrimonial dispute as well as the custody of the minor child.

2. The terms of the settlement talks reads as follows: "The Respondent 3 has no objection to hand over the custody of the minor child K.Vishwa to the petitioner-R.Anandhi and has also handed over the child today 12.08.2025.

The petitioner, R.Anandhi has taken the custody of the minor child today. She has no further claims against Respondent-3, R.Parameswari and withdrew all the complaints against her."

3. Recording the aforesaid terms of the settlement agreement, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
