Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to implement the order of sanction issued to the petitioner dated 25.11.2021 by the 3rd respondent under the Prime Ministers scheme and to implement within a stipulated time.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that if the petitioner and her younger son in whose name the property stands appear before the 3rd respondent, they will disburse the amount.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear with her younger son before the 3rd respondent. Thereafter, the 3rd respondent is

directed to pass order in disbursing the amount to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is dispose of. There shall be no order as to costs.
