O R D E R

The petitioners herein seek a direction to the respondent to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner for the properties comprised in R.S.No.456/1, 456/2A, 456/2B 456/3 and 151/1B1, Thathanur Revenue Village, Avanshi Taluk, Tiruppur District, by considering the petitioners application dated 20.08.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioners that the above mentioned property was allotted to the petitioners' father under the partition deed dated 13.04.2009. After the death of the petitioners' father, the petitioners are in possession and enjoyment of the said property. The petitioners have submitted an on-line application on 29.06.2024 seeking to issue a separate patta in their name and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioners is before this Court.

3. Mr.S.J.Sathik Mohamed, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondent would submit that on-line application of the petitioners will be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be 2/4

passed.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondent to consider the on-line application of the petitioners dated 20.08.2024 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to all interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
