Sec.4 of Women Harassment Act, Sec.4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act and expedite the investigation within the stipulated time.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 26.02.2016, given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent-police on 04.04.2016. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
