This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sangagiri instead that the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Ranipet, everyday at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court has already granted bail by an order dated 22.08.2024. At that time, this Court has imposed condition [a] in para no.6 which reads as follows:

"6.[a]the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Ranipet, everyday at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders;"

4. Considering the representations made by either side and considering the fact that the petitioner is not able to comply with the conditions due to his family conditions, this Court is now inclined to modify the aforesaid condition [a] imposed in para no.6 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sangagiri, everyday at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders and in other aspects, the conditions imposed by this Court are intact.
