CMP Nos.21407, 21411 and 21409 of 2021 in S.A.No.1021 of 2004 J.NISHA BANU,J.

These applications are filed to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused as against the 7th respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 7th respondent and to record the death of the 7th respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents 11 and 12 as the legal representatives of the deceased 7th respondent respectively.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has got no serious objections in allowing these applications.

3.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. Registry to carry out necessary amendment and list the matter on 20.01.2021.
