ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.03.2016 and investigate the matter and file a final report before the Hon'ble concerned Court at the earliest.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that earlier complaint was given by the petitioner dated 25.01.2016, in connection with which, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 31.01.2016 and thereafter, the petitioner has given a second complaint dated 05.03.2016 to the respondent wherein the petitioner seeks police protection to fence her land.

4. In view of the above, police protection as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. With the above observation, the criminal original petition is closed.
