This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take steps in the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, 3rd respondent and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
