Krishnagiri District. ....Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of 1st respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.6697/2022/A2 dated 22.09.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to transfer the Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of House site bearing Plot No.78, measuring about 1500 sq.ft comprised in S.No.661 of Hosur Village - House Town (Sunnambu Jeebi), Krishnagiri District within the time stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner in WP.No.28699 of 2022 has filed this Writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of 3rd respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.6697/2022/A2 dated 24.09.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue Patta to the petitioner in respect of land measuring an extent of 91 cents comprised in Survey No.811, Chennathur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time stipulated by this Court. The petitioner in WP.No.28703 of 2022 has filed this petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of 1st respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.6697/2022/A2 dated 22.09.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to transfer the Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of House site bearing Plot No.78, measuring about 1500 sq.ft comprised in S.No.661 of Hosur Village - House Town (Sunnambu Jeebi), Krishnagiri District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on behalf of the parties submits that pattas have been granted in favour of the petitioners.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on behalf of the parties, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, these Writ Petitions are closed. No Costs. Consequently the Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
