Accused Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner from the life threat of the respondents 3 to 5 .

ORDER
It is found that already two cases have been registered against the petitioner and the petitioner has now come forward with the Criminal Original Petition seeking direction to give police protection for gaining access to the household. It is noted that the petitioner has not established her right with reference to the house property in the manner known to law by a civil action. Unless and until the rights of the petitioner has been affirmed in a civil action, at this stage of the matter, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
particularly at this nebulous stage, the police cannot be allowed to intervene and the same would only create a great confusion.
2. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the Criminal Original Petition preferred by the petitioner seeking police protection. Resultantly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
