PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing Respondents 1 to 6 to take necessary steps to remove all type of encroachments made in the banks of Pethanur Lake, Rayarapalam lake, stream area of Mayur Canal and the land encroached in the burial ground of the Pethanur Village in Survey Numbers 84, 85, 111, 113 & 138 of the Pethanur Village and Survey Numbers 9, 10 & 12 of Royarpalayam Village.
