This petition is filed to issue a subpoena to Mr.G.Rajeshwara Reddy, Assistant Vice President, M/s.Karaikal Port Private Limited, Keezhavanjoor Village, T.R.Pattinam, Karaikal, India 609 602 to produce the documents relating to the employment of the applicant's husband Mr.K.N.S.Shanmugam in Karaikal Port Private Limited and for giving evidence in ELP No.6 of 2016.

2. This petition is allowed. Issue subpoena to Mr.G.Rajeshwara Reddy, Assistant Vice President, M/s.Karaikal Port Private Limited, Keezhavanjoor Village, T.R.Pattinam, Karaikal, India 609 602 to appear and give evidence with documents referred to in this application, on 25.09.2019 at 02.15 p.m.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to serve notice to such official by collecting summons from the Court and bring him in person beore this Court on 25.09.2019 for giving evidence. Post the matter on 25.09.2019 at 02.15 p.m.
