This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 17.10.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.2998 of 2022 on the file of Principal 1/3

District and Sessions Judge, Erode as far as directing the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, Taluka Police Station, Dindigul daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. and sign until further orders.

2. It is seen that this petition has been filed directly before this Court without approaching the Court concerned, which has granted bail to the petitioner.
