The above miscellaneous petition has been filed to issue an interim injunction restraining the respondents from in any manner interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner, directly or indirectly making any changes in the revenue records pursuant to the order of the first respondent in proceedings no Na.Ka.63041/2018A1 dated 12.09.2022 to the name of the 4th respondent in respect of the lands situated in survey 183-1A2, 1831G,183-1N, 183-1Q1, 183-1Q2, 1831Q3,183-3,182-0 at Thiruvarur District Koothanallur Taluk Marangudi Village, measuring the extent of 8.53 acres pending disposal of the above writ petition.

2. A perusal of the materials reveals that the petitioner has not made out a Prima facie for grant of interim injunction.

Accordingly this interim injunction petition is dismissed.
