The above miscellaneous petition has been filed to grant interim stay of operation of the order of the first respondent passed in Na.ka.63041/2018/A1 dated 12.09.2022 pending disposal of the above writ petition.

2. A perusal of the materials reveals that the petitioner has not made out a Prima facie for grant of interim stay. Accordingly this interim stay petition is dismissed.
