ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner is that the third respondent is violating building bye-laws. It appears from the documents on record that the Commissioner, Panchayat Union, has called upon the Planning Authority to furnish a report by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

inspecting the construction vide letter dated 31.10.2016. The allegation of the petitioner is that apparently no inspection has been carried out, but, in any case, the construction is going on unabated.

2. We, thus, call upon the second respondent to cause an inspection to be made, if not already made, within one week from today and if any violation is found, to take action in accordance with law within a period of two months from today.

3. We further direct the third respondent not to carry on any construction which may be in violation of the sanctioned plan.
