ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 21.11.2016 made in W.P.No.6191 of 2014 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a communication sent by the Block Development Officer to the office of the Government Pleader in Na.Ka.No.951/18/Aa3 dated 12.02.2019, which indicates that construction has been done after obtaining proper permission from the authorities concerned. Further, the inspection was done after due notice to the petitioner.

3.Thus, we are satisfied with the compliance made and the contempt petition stands closed.
