2. In this order, parties to the captioned application shall be referred to by their respective ranks in the main suit for the sake of convenience and clarity.

Mr.Manoj Menon, learned counsel along with Mr.K.Chindan of M/s.Menon Karthik Mukundan and Neelakantan (Law Firm) for the plaintiff and Mr.Kumal Paul Chopra along with Ms.Akshaya Giridharan for the lone defendant are before this Commercial Division. Both learned counsel submit that security has since been furnished qua ABJ application [to be noted, this Commercial Division is informed that furnishing of security is by way of attachment of immovable property set out in the Judges' summons] and disclosure has been made qua A.No.4237 of 2021.
