Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to consider the representation given by the Petitioner dated 26.08.2023 for regularize the Petitioner tenancy and to execute rental agreement in Petitioner favour for the Petitioner's possession in the property situated No.27-A Neela Kila Vithi Street, Nagapattinam - 611 001, comprised in Survey No.1762/1 for the extent of 1512 square feet.

When it is pointed out that the Petitioner has not made any representation to the relevant Wakf, who has not even been made as party to this Writ Petition, for the tenancy claimed, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ petition with liberty to resort to the said procedure and work out her remedies depending upon its outcome before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
