Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to conduct a filed survey for Mulluvadi Village New Survey o.334/9, Acre 4.24 cent tax Rs.4.24 in Acre 1.06 cent, Acre 0.92 cent (40112 sq.ft) land, as per the above said land Ward - A Block No.21, T.S.No.70. The petitioner have obtained the above property through a valid Registered Document No.4789/2011 on the file 1/5
of Attur Sub Registrar Office, Salem District situated at Mulluvadi Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District, by considering his representation cum E-challan dated 23.07.2024.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to conduct the survey of the property situated in T.S.No.70, Ward - A Block No.21 measuring an extent of Acre 4.24 cent, Acre 1.06 cent, Acre 0.92 cent (40112 sq.ft) in Mulluvadi Village bearing New S.No.334/9.
2. By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, he has submitted an on-line application on 23.07.2024 before the second respondent seeking to survey the land, vide challan no.20240823002095 and the same has not been considered till date. 2/5
Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Mr.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the on-line application of the petitioner for survey of the subject land will be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.
5. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the survey number of the subject property has been wrongly mentioned as T.S.No.70/2, instead of T.S.No.70, in the on-line application submitted on 23.08.2024.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the on-line application of the petitioner dated 23.07.2024 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to all interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
