ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is that there was encroachment made by respondents 4 and 5/private respondents in October/November, 2015 and on a complaint being lodged with the first three respondents, that construction was abandoned. However, the basement dug up on the land and construction made there has not been removed despite the Revenue Divisional Officer/second respondent having issued proceedings on 17.1.2016 to the Tahsildar/third respondent.

2. In view of the aforesaid, we direct the Tahsildar/third respondent to take necessary action within one month of the receipt of the order.
