Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these applications. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"Amount under award is settled by Respondents.

May be permitted to withdraw the Applications.

Applicant has instructed us to do the same."

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and recording the aforesaid endorsement, these Applications stands dismissed as withdrawn.
