(The Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar) This petition has been filed to to grant leave to file an appeal before this Court against the judgment of acquittal passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvarur in S.C.No.111 of 2023 dated 02.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by the learned Additional public Prosecutor and considering the evidence available on record, more particularly, the evidence of P.W.1, who had spoken about the specific overt act against the deceased by the accused at the time of occurrence, we are inclined to grant leave.
