2. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent that the case is still at the stage of issuance of summons.

3. Since the charge sheet was filed as early as on 11.07.2017, the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, shall endeavour to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.1717 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible.
