This writ petition has been filed by a busy body who claims himself to be an old student of Pachayappa's College.

2.In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner does not have the locus standi to question the recruitment process that has been undertaken by the Trust pursuant to the directions issued by this Court. There has been a concerted effort from many vested interest to some how stop the recruitment process. This Court had the opportunity to deal with one such case yesterday in Cont.P.No.2387 of 2024. 3.This Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner. The petitioner is yet another person who has attempted to come before this Court and stop the recruitment process by raising unsustainable grounds. 4.In the result, this writ petition stands dismissed.
