ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent police to produce the detenu viz., Hafizulah, son of Khader Basha, aged about 14 years, before this Court and to handover the custody to the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu has been secured and handover to the petitioner.
