Crl.M.P.No.14948 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.46728 of 2023 M.DHANDAPANI, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 119 days in filing the above Criminal Revision case against the Judgment passed in Crl.A.No.3 of 2022 by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Perambalur confirming the order dated 01.03.2022 passed in S.T.C.No.576 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Perambalur.

2. Though notice was served on the sole respondent, when the matter is taken up, none appeared on behalf of the respondent today.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
