ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the third respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 04.04.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents on 04.04.2016. But the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that already case has been registered in Crime No.274 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 448, 323, 506(ii) of IPC r/w. Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Harassment of Women Act.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
