This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his property situated at No.755, Korattur Village, Madhanangkuppam Road, Kailikuppam.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
