O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to measure the petitioner's property in S.No.319/41 and fix boundary stones on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2016. 2.Mr.K.Shanmugam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given his representation to the respondent as early as on 30.12.2016 for surveying and fixing the boundary stones in his lands, the said exercise has not yet been done by the respondent. 3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that in the event of the petitioner paying the necessary charges, the respondent would consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2016 and complete the exercise within a period of eight weeks time. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to pay the necessary charges for surveying the land and fixing the boundary stones in his land in Survey No.319/41 and on payment of the said amount, the respondent is directed to conduct the survey and fix the boundary stones in Survey No.319/41, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
