ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Chief Justice) The grievance raised on behalf of the residents of Srivanchiam Village, Nannilam Taluk through this PIL is that the residents of the area are deprived of access to various roads, on account of non-repair of the connecting metre link road connecting Nehru Nagar and Abhishega Kattalai Village with Kumbakonam Highways and Kudavasal Highways and Srivanchiam Srivanchinathar Temple in Nannilam Taluk of Thiruvarur District. We find that certain representations have been made. The Collector is directed to issue necessary direction to the concerned agency to look into the grievance and if the connecting roads need any repair to provide connectivity, the same to be undertaken on priority basis to ensure that the connectivity/access is provided. Disposed of. No costs.
