The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 75 & 79 of BNS 2023, r/w 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998, in Crime No.32 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This petition is for anticipatory bail on a complaint given by a student against the professor for demanding sexual favour to give condonation certificate. This Court has considered the anticipatory bail petition twice and dismissed the same. However, the Investigating Officer is not capable of securing the person for investigation, which has prompted the accused to file a third anticipatory bail petition.

3. Recording the displeasure of the Court that the Investigating Officer is incompetent to investigate this case in its proper perspective, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
