This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 240 days in filing the Criminal Revision as against order dated 12.07.2024 passed in C.C.No.384 of 2021 on the file of Fast Track Court - III, Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 240 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
