O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to settle the petitioner's all terminal benefits with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of retirement taking into consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2019.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as a Conductor in the year 1986 in Periyar Transport Corporation. On 31.07.2018, the petitioner was retired from service, however, the terminal benefits were not settled to him. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 18.07.2019, however, till date the said representation was not considered. As against the inaction on the part of the respondent, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
