PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent police to take necessary action based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 06.05.2019 on the file fo the respondent police.

ORDER

The petitioner's complaint dated 06.05.2019 came to be closed on the ground that the petitioner had not submitted certain documents including death and legal heirship certificates.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that all the relevant documents including death and legal heirship certificates are available. He is willing to serve the documents to the respondent police. 3.Taking into consideration of the above submission, this Court is of the view that the liberty can be given to the petitioner to submit the relevant documents before the Investigating Officer.

4. In the light of the above, the earlier order of the second respondent herein dated 01.08.2019 is quashed. Consequently, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the second respondent along with the relevant documents. On receipt of the same, the second respondent herein shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
