The Petitioner/wife has come up with these Petitions seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2017 and H.M.O.P.No.69 of 2017 from the file of the Principal Sub Judge at Perambalur to the file of the Sub Court at Tambaram.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
