O.A.No.940 of 2023 in C.S.No.220 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J Status quo already granted by this court on 15.11.2023 is made absolute. It is made clear that there shall not be any transfer of property by way of sale, mortgage etc.,and if the property is let out to any third party on the rent there must be proper agreement and rents as per the terms of agreement shall be deposit into the Court.
