This petition has been filed for extension of time for further two weeks in Crl.O.P.No. 18097 of 2024 dated 30.07.2024 in Crime No. 241 of 2024 on the file of Inspector of Police, Kandachipuram Police Station, Villupuram District.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to mobilize the funds due to poor financial conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.
