2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The petitioner has earlier filed W.P.No.38695 of 2016, challenging the impugned order dated 24.10.2016 of the third respondent herein, in which, this Court has granted interim stay in WMP.No.33147 of 2016 dated 07.11.2016. The impugned order dated 03.11.2016 which is challenged in this writ petition is a consequential order passed by the third respondent. The relief sought for in this writ petition is nothing but a superfluous one and therefore, there is no necessary for this Court to pass any order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No costs.
