ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the detenu by name Parthiban, who is aged about 20 years, before this Court and set him at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the brother of the detenu.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the parties were called for inquiry including the petitioner, detenu and the girl with whom https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

he eloped. During the course of the inquiry, the detenu and the girl have disappeared from the police station. Thereafter, they could not be secured.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also reitreated the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. From the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case. It appears to be a case of inter-caste affair. Admittedly, the detenu and the girl are majosr.

5. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
