ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.08.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given a complaint against one Poongodi on certain allegations emanated out of a property dispute between the two; but so far, no fruitful action has been taken.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R

No.97 of 2022 and it has been closed as civil in nature.

5. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed as infructuous.
