ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 10.06.2023, in so far in the said representation, the Petitioner had sought for to provide certain information / details and documents, pertaining to the alleged export made in the name of the Petitioners erstwhile proprietorship concern, viz., M/s. Bright Exim.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the the respondent has provided the details sought for by the petitioner in its representation dated 10.06.2023. To that effect, the second respondent has filed its counter affidavit before this Court. Hence, no adjudication is necessary in this case.
